　　This type of equipment is mainly used in the cleaning process in flour mill, conducting humidity control for wheat. It can control the dampening amount of wheat, ensuring kernel can have uniform moisture after dampening, improve grinding performance, increase the tenacity of bran, decrease the binding power of bran and endosperm, improve grinding & sieving efficiency and help to improve flour yield and quality. It can also be widely used for processing of coarse cereals such as corn, barley, etc.

　　Characteristics:

　　1.The equipment is placed horizontally, avoiding water leakage and dripping phenomena borne by traditional dampeners;

　　2.Dampening and mixing are conducted separately, making material mixing more complete and uniform;

　　3.When the equipment is used to conduct pressure operation for wheat, the surface tension of wheat is destroyed under the effect of extrusion, striking and vibration, thus moisture exchange can be achieved completely among wheat to ensure uniform distribution of moisture on the wheat, increase the moisture permeability, and it is required that the wheat processed by the equipment is free of free water, which can shorten the time for wheat wetting;

　　4.During wheat dampening & mixing, the epidermis of some wheat is loose and fall off finally; when the equipment is coupled with grinding & brushing machine, the cleaning effect in wheat cleaning process is improved greatly;
