该机是玉米加工厂和酒厂、酒精厂的理想设备。本设备利用胚芽与玉米碴的比重和悬浮速度不同的物料借助向上穿过胚芽间隙的气流作用促使胚芽与玉米碴分级，在做定向倾斜往复回转的筛板作用下，向排碴端运动，浮于上层的玉米碴在自重作用下，向出料口端流动，从而把玉米碴从胚芽中分离出来。

It urges the separation of germ and corn girt by utilizing the different specific gravity of germ and corn grit and suspension speeds, as well as the air flowing through germ gap. Corn grits move towards the discharge end under the effect of sieve plate conducting directed inclination and reciprocation. The corn grits floating on the upper layer flow towards the discharge end under the effect of self-weight, thus corn grits can be separated from germs.
